Description
Running over hurdles with quick ground contacts. Develops running mechanics and the ability to maintain speed while clearing obstacles.

Coaching Cues
- Set up 6-10 hurdles at running stride distance. Sprint through, stepping over each hurdle. Lead with knees, not feet. Maintain sprint mechanics. Quick ground contacts between hurdles.
Contraindications
Set hurdle height appropriately. Focus on speed, not height.
