Description
Side-to-side hops over hurdles. Develops lateral quickness and the ability to change direction explosively—critical for field and court sports.

- Stand beside hurdle. Push off outside leg to hop over. Land softly, immediately push back. Minimize ground contact time. Stay low and athletic. Keep core tight throughout.
Contraindications
Avoid with lateral ankle instability. Build single-leg balance first.
