Description

Lateral leaps in a skating motion, landing on one leg and reaching across. Develops agility, lateral power, and single-leg landing control.

Coaching Cues

  • Leap laterally, landing on outside leg. Swing trailing leg behind for balance. Reach opposite hand toward landing foot. Push off immediately into next jump. Stay low and controlled throughout.

Contraindications

Avoid with knee valgus tendency or poor single-leg balance.
