Jump in a hexagonal pattern around a marked hex, developing multi-directional quickness and spatial awareness.

- Mark hexagon with tape or imagine points. Jump around pattern quickly. Face forward throughout—don't rotate. Minimize ground contact time. Stay on balls of feet. Complete full rotations in both directions.

Requires good ankle stability and coordination.
