Continuous broad jumps without resetting between reps. Develops horizontal power endurance and the ability to produce force repeatedly.

  • Land and immediately load for next jump. Minimize time on ground. Maintain consistent distance each rep. Use arms aggressively. Don't sacrifice form for speed.

Contraindications

Requires good broad jump technique. Avoid when fatigued.
