  • Set hurdles in diagonal pattern. Hop at angles, not straight over. Push off outside leg for direction change. Stay low and athletic. Quick ground contacts. Maintain rhythm throughout.

Contraindications

Requires good lateral stability. Build up with straight hurdle hops first.
