Description
Maximal horizontal jump taking off and landing on the same leg. Tests and develops true unilateral power. Used clinically to assess leg symmetry.

Coaching Cues
- Stand on one foot, other raised behind. Swing arms back, load standing leg. Explode forward, drive arms. Land softly on same foot. Stick landing for 2 seconds. Keep knee over toe on landing.
Contraindications
Requires excellent single-leg strength and stability. Avoid after lower body injury until cleared.
