Single leg maximal distance bounds designed specifically for sprint development. Each bound mimics the demands of a sprint stride at maximum effort.

Coaching Cues
- Drive knee up high with each bound. Extend hip fully at push-off. Cover maximum distance per bound. Use aggressive arm swing. Stay tall—don't lean forward. Quality over quantity.
