Coaching Cues

  • Drive knee up high with each bound. Extend hip fully at push-off. Cover maximum distance per bound. Use aggressive arm swing. Stay tall—don't lean forward. Quality over quantity.

For experienced athletes only. High hamstring and hip flexor demands.
