Description

Step off one box, land and immediately jump onto a second box. Pure reactive strength training with reduced landing impact on the final jump.

Coaching Cues

  • Set up two boxes with space between. Step off first box. Land and immediately jump onto second. Minimize ground contact. Second box should be lower than drop height initially. Progress second box height over time.

Contraindications

Very advanced. Requires excellent depth jump proficiency.
