Description

Step off box on one leg, land and immediately jump vertically on the same leg. The most demanding unilateral reactive exercise.

Coaching Cues

  • Use low box (6-12"). Step off on one leg. Land and immediately jump up on same leg. Minimize ground contact. Use arms aggressively. Land softly from final jump. Master double-leg depth jumps first.

Contraindications

Highest level exercise. Only for elite athletes with no lower body issues.
