Description
Multiple depth jumps in sequence, jumping back onto the box between each rep. Develops repeated reactive power and fatigue resistance.

Coaching Cues
- Start on box. Step off and jump back up. Repeat continuously. Minimize ground contact each rep. Maintain jump height throughout. Stop if ground contact time increases significantly.
Contraindications
Very demanding. Only for well-conditioned athletes with excellent depth jump technique.
