Coaching Cues

  • Step off box facing forward. Land on both feet. Immediately jump and rotate 180 degrees. Minimize ground contact. Use arms to initiate rotation. Land facing opposite direction. Practice both directions.

Requires excellent depth jump proficiency and spatial awareness.
