Description
An exaggerated skipping motion with high knee drive and explosive ankle push-off. Bridges the gap between jumping and running, mimicking sprint mechanics while teaching triple extension.

Coaching Cues
- Skip forward with exaggerated high knee drive. Drive knee up to hip height. Push explosively off ground foot. Maintain upright posture. Coordinate opposite arm and leg movement. Stay light on your feet.
Contraindications
Safe for most athletes. Reduce intensity if hip flexor tightness is present.
