Description
Jumping jack variation where arms clap in front instead of overhead. Develops coordination and timing while providing a low-impact plyometric stimulus.

Coaching Cues
- Start with feet together, arms extended to sides. Jump feet apart while clapping hands in front of chest. Jump feet together while spreading arms. Maintain rhythm. Land softly each rep.
