Description

Jumping jack variation where arms clap in front instead of overhead. Develops coordination and timing while providing a low-impact plyometric stimulus.

Coaching Cues

  • Start with feet together, arms extended to sides. Jump feet apart while clapping hands in front of chest. Jump feet together while spreading arms. Maintain rhythm. Land softly each rep.

Very safe. Good for all fitness levels.
