Description

Continuous small forward hops with feet together. A simple progression from pogos that adds horizontal movement while maintaining quick ground contacts.

Coaching Cues

  • Stand with feet together. Hop forward in small increments. Keep feet together throughout. Stay on balls of feet. Maintain quick, rhythmic hops. Arms swing naturally for momentum.

Contraindications

Safe for beginners. Good entry-level horizontal plyo.
