Description

Vertical jump with a half turn in the air. Develops rotational power and spatial awareness while adding complexity to standard jump training.

Coaching Cues

  • Start in athletic stance. Explode upward. Rotate 180 degrees in the air. Land facing opposite direction. Stick landing for 1 second. Alternate rotation direction each rep.

Contraindications

Requires good spatial awareness. Start with quarter turns if needed.
