Description

Deep squat position jumping forward like a frog. Develops hip mobility and power through a full range of motion with significant horizontal displacement.

Coaching Cues

  • Start in deep squat, hands touching ground. Explode forward and upward. Swing arms aggressively. Land in deep squat position. Immediately load for next jump. Cover maximum distance each rep.

Contraindications

Requires good hip and ankle mobility. Avoid with knee issues in deep flexion.
