Intermediate Lower Body Vertical

Description

Continuous jumping while switching leg positions front-to-back in the air. Similar to alternating lunge jumps but with straighter legs and faster tempo.

Coaching Cues

  • Start with one foot forward, one back. Jump and switch leg positions. Keep legs relatively straight. Land softly and immediately jump again. Arms move opposite to legs. Maintain upright posture.

Contraindications

Avoid with hip flexor strains. Requires good coordination.
