Coaching Cues

  • Explode upward from quarter squat. Bring straight legs up in front. Reach hands toward toes at peak. Don't bend forward excessively—bring legs to hands. Land softly with bent knees.

Contraindications

Requires hamstring flexibility. Avoid with low back issues.
