Rapid hops over a line on one foot. Progresses bilateral line hops to challenge single-leg stability and ankle stiffness.

Coaching Cues
- Balance on one foot beside line. Hop forward over line, then back. Stay on ball of foot. Quick, light contacts. Free leg stays stable—don't swing. Complete all reps, then switch legs.
Contraindications
Requires good single-leg balance. Build up from bilateral line hops.
