Coaching Cues

  • Stand on one leg. Hop laterally, landing on same leg. Stick landing briefly for control. Hop back to start position. Minimize ground contact time as proficiency improves. Keep free leg stable.

Contraindications

Avoid with ankle instability. Build single-leg strength first.
