Jump onto box and immediately off the other side. Develops reactive ability and the confidence to move through space quickly.

Coaching Cues

  • Face box in athletic stance. Jump onto box. Immediately jump off other side. Turn and repeat. Minimize time on box—touch and go. Land softly on both takeoff and landing.

Contraindications

Requires box jump proficiency. Start with lower box heights.
