Burpee followed by a maximal broad jump. Combines full-body conditioning with horizontal power development.

Coaching Cues

  • Perform burpee (down, chest to floor, up). Instead of jumping up, explode forward into broad jump. Land softly, walk back, repeat. Focus on smooth transition from burpee to jump.

Contraindications

Demanding on cardiovascular system. Requires burpee proficiency.
