Coaching Cues

  • Drive knees to hip height or above. Push explosively off ground foot. Arms drive hard opposite to legs. Stay on balls of feet. Maximize height and frequency. Maintain upright posture.

Contraindications

Safe for most. Reduce intensity with hip flexor issues.
