Traveling sideways with a galloping motion. Develops lateral movement patterns and coordination with low impact.

Coaching Cues

  • Face forward, move sideways. Lead leg steps out, trailing leg follows. Push off trailing leg. Stay light on feet. Maintain athletic posture. Cover ground with each stride.

Contraindications

Very safe. Good for warm-ups and lateral conditioning.
