Coaching Cues

  • Start in athletic stance. Explode upward with slight rotation initiation. Use arms to accelerate rotation. Spot your landing throughout. Complete full 360° rotation. Land softly, stick it.

Contraindications

Master 180° jumps first. Requires excellent spatial awareness.
