Description

Burpee followed by an explosive box jump. An extremely demanding exercise that combines conditioning with power.

Coaching Cues

  • Perform burpee in front of box. Explode up into box jump. Land softly on box. Step down, immediately into next burpee. Maintain form even when fatigued. Use moderate box height.

Contraindications

Very demanding. Requires proficiency in both burpees and box jumps.
