Coaching Cues

  • Perform burpee (down, chest to floor, up). Explode into tuck jump, driving knees to chest. Land softly, immediately into next burpee. Maintain jump height throughout set.

Contraindications

Extremely demanding. Ensure proper burpee and tuck jump technique first.
