Coaching Cues

  • Use higher box (30-42 inches). Step off—don't jump. Land as quietly as possible. Absorb through ankles, knees, and hips. Stick landing for 2 seconds. Focus on silent, controlled landings.

Contraindications

Very high impact. Only for athletes with excellent strength base. Never rush progression.
