Jump onto a box, then immediately broad jump off. Combines vertical and horizontal power in a reactive sequence.

Coaching Cues

  • Jump onto box. Land and immediately explode forward into broad jump. Minimize time on box. Land broad jump softly. Walk back and repeat. Focus on smooth transition.

Contraindications

Requires proficiency in both box jumps and broad jumps. Use moderate box height.
