Jump laterally onto a box, developing lateral power and hip abductor strength. Essential for court sports and any activity requiring side-to-side explosiveness.

Coaching Cues
- Stand sideways to box. Load into athletic stance. Push off outside leg, drive knees up. Land softly on box with both feet. Stand tall, step down same side. Alternate sides each set.
Contraindications
Avoid with lateral knee instability or recent ankle sprains. Build lateral strength first.
