Description

The classic full-body conditioning exercise. Squat down, jump feet back, chest to floor, push up, jump feet forward, jump up. A metabolic plyometric staple.

Coaching Cues

  • Squat down, place hands on floor. Jump feet back to plank. Lower chest to floor. Push up, jump feet to hands. Explode upward with jump. Land softly, immediately repeat.

Contraindications

Demanding on cardiovascular system. Modify with step-backs if needed.
