Raise ball overhead and slam it into the ground with maximum force. A full-body power exercise that develops aggressive hip flexion and shoulder extension.

Coaching Cues
- Raise ball overhead with straight arms. Rise onto toes at top. Slam ball down with full body—hips, core, and arms. Crunch forward aggressively. Catch bounce and repeat. Use non-bounce ball for max power.
Contraindications
Avoid with shoulder impingement or low back issues. Keep core braced.
