Description
Squat and throw ball to a high target on the wall. Combines lower body power with pressing strength in a continuous movement.

Coaching Cues
- Hold ball at chest, face wall. Squat to parallel. Explode up, throwing ball to target. Extend hips, knees, and arms together. Catch ball and immediately descend into next squat. Maintain rhythm.
Contraindications
Safe for most. Start with lighter ball and lower target.
