Burpee finishing with a star jump instead of standard vertical jump. Adds hip abductor power to the classic burpee.

Coaching Cues

  • Perform standard burpee. On the jump, spread arms and legs into star shape. Bring limbs together before landing. Land softly, immediately into next burpee.

Contraindications

Requires more coordination than standard burpee. Very demanding.
