Description
Plank position with hands explosively leaving and returning to the ground. Develops core stability under dynamic upper body movement.

Coaching Cues
- Start in plank on hands. Explosively push up so hands leave ground. Land softly with slight elbow bend. Immediately repeat. Keep body rigid—no hip sag or pike. Quality over quantity.
Contraindications
Requires good plank strength. Watch wrist impact.
