Description
Explosive diagonal chopping motion with a medicine ball. Develops rotational power through the full kinetic chain.

Coaching Cues
- Stand with feet wider than shoulders. Hold ball overhead to one side. Chop diagonally across body to opposite hip. Rotate through hips, not just arms. Return to start explosively. Complete reps, then switch sides.
Contraindications
Avoid with low back issues. Keep core braced throughout.
