Coaching Cues
- Start in push-up position. Drive knee explosively to chest. Switch legs with maximal speed. Feet should leave ground during switch. Maintain flat back throughout. High intensity for short duration.
Contraindications
Safe for most. Keep core engaged to protect low back.
