Description
V-up with an explosive ball throw at the top. Combines anterior core strength with explosive power transfer through the trunk.

Coaching Cues
- Lie flat, ball overhead. V-up explosively, bringing ball forward. Throw to partner or wall at top of movement. Catch and lower with control. Keep legs straight throughout. Don't strain neck.
Contraindications
Avoid with low back issues. Requires good V-up technique first.
