Coaching Cues

  • Lie flat, ball overhead. V-up explosively, bringing ball forward. Throw to partner or wall at top of movement. Catch and lower with control. Keep legs straight throughout. Don't strain neck.

Contraindications

Avoid with low back issues. Requires good V-up technique first.
