Slamming medicine ball in an arc from side to side. Combines rotational and vertical power for full-body core development.

Coaching Cues
- Start with ball at one hip. Arc ball overhead to opposite side. Slam into ground at outside of opposite foot. Pick up, return same path. Rotate through hips. Alternate sides continuously.
Contraindications
Avoid with low back pain. Use slam ball that won't bounce erratically.
