Coaching Cues

  • Start in push-up position. Lower with control. Explode up so hands leave ground. Land softly with slight elbow bend. Absorb and immediately go into next rep. Keep core tight throughout.

Contraindications

Avoid with shoulder or wrist issues. Build push-up strength (20+ reps) before attempting.
