Coaching Cues

  • Hold ball at chest with elbows out. Step forward as you throw. Extend arms explosively. Release with snap through wrists. Follow through toward target. Catch return and reset.

Contraindications

Safe for most. Use appropriate ball weight (4-6kg to start).
