Coaching Cues
- Place hands on bench, feet on floor. Lower with control. Explode up so hands leave bench. Land softly with slight elbow bend. Maintain straight body line. Progress to lower surfaces over time.
Contraindications
Good entry point for upper body plyos. Ensure bench is stable.
