Standing rotational throw against a wall. Develops the rotational power essential for throwing, striking, and rotational sports.

Coaching Cues
- Stand sideways to wall, feet wider than shoulders. Hold ball at hip. Rotate explosively through hips and core. Release ball into wall at chest height. Catch and reload. Complete set, switch sides.
Contraindications
Avoid with low back issues. Keep feet planted and rotate through hips.
