Underhand throw scooping ball from between legs. Develops posterior chain power in an upward throwing pattern.

Coaching Cues
- Hold ball between legs with both hands. Lower into quarter squat. Explode upward, throwing ball up and forward. Release overhead. Full hip extension at release. Retrieve and repeat.

Safe for most. Good for posterior chain power development.
