Coaching Cues

  • Start with one hand on floor, one on low box. Perform push-up. Explode up, switching hand positions. Land softly. Immediately perform next rep. Alternate each rep.

Contraindications

Requires good plyo push-up proficiency. Use stable elevated surface.
