Plyometric push-up with feet elevated. Increases load on upper chest and shoulders while maintaining explosive intent.

Coaching Cues
- Place feet on bench, hands on floor. Lower with control. Explode up so hands leave ground. Land softly. Keep body straight—no sagging hips. Higher elevation increases difficulty.
Contraindications
Requires excellent push-up strength. Higher shoulder demands than flat plyo push-ups.
