Coaching Cues
- Explode up with maximum force from push-up. Arch back slightly, bringing hands behind. Clap quickly behind back. Return hands to catch position. Land with soft elbows.
Contraindications
Very high wrist impact risk. Requires excellent clap push-up proficiency.
