Push-up where both arms and legs leave the ground simultaneously at the peak, body forming a Superman flying position.

Coaching Cues
- Lower into push-up. Explode with maximum force. Extend arms forward and legs back at peak. Body forms Superman position. Bring limbs back quickly. Land softly on hands and toes.
Contraindications
Extremely demanding. Requires exceptional full-body explosive power.
