Coaching Cues

  • Start from dead hang. Pull explosively with slight kip. As chest nears bar, rotate wrists over bar. Press up to support position. Lower with control. Requires significant pulling strength.

Contraindications

Requires excellent pull-up and dip strength. High shoulder demands.
